These Terms of Service (the “Terms“) are a binding legal agreement between you and [upi.pe] (“upi.pe”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “UPIPE QR Links“, or “App”), regarding your use of the upi.pe website and services at [ upi.pe] and other websites owned and operated by upi.pe to the extent applicable (the website and services are collectively referred to as the “Service“). Please read this Agreement carefully.
We may periodically make changes to these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you accept this Agreement and any modifications that we may make to the Agreement. It is your responsibility to review the most recent version of the Terms frequently and remain informed of any changes to it. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you should not use the Service.
Our Role.
We provide a convenient platform to enables you to Generate UPI Complied Payment Links & QR codes for processing via UPI Enabled Apps. We are not a licensed financial institution, do not receive, transfer, or store any funds in connection with Payments, and are not responsible for UPI service interruptions or acts or omissions of PSPs, NPCI, or banks including the payment, settlement, and clearance of funds. You have a separate relationship with your bank regarding your bank account, and We has no affiliation with your bank in this respect.
Legal Requirements:
You acknowledge and agree that we may have to modify the Services to comply with the applicable laws. As a result of this, you may be unable to access or use all or any part of the Services. We shall not be liable to you for such inability to use the Services pursuant to our compliance with the applicable laws.
Modification of Services
UPIPE QR Links reserves the right at any time to add, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Payment Products (or any part thereof) with or without cause. UPIPE QR Links shall not be liable for any such addition, modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Eligibility
.To Generate, you must use a valid UPI VPA or Indian Bank Account supporting UPI Transactions.
Age:
You may use our App only if you are at least 18 years old and are Legally eligible to use as per Indian Laws.
Acceptable Use of Service.
You must access and use our Service only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes, according to India Payments Terms & UPIPE QR Links's Terms and Conditions as may be published from time to time. You will not use (or assist others in using) QR codes & Links in ways that are illegal or violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of UPIPE QR Links, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
Make Informed Payments
.Check Payee Name in your UPI Payment App before making Any Payment. Only you are responsible for Making Informed UPI Payment.
Business Use of QR & Links.
you are a business and use our service, you must comply with all applicable laws associated with your use of Payments (in addition to complying with all of the other provisions of these India Payments Terms). You must clearly disclose any applicable terms and fees to your customers and promptly fulfil any goods or services you sell using Payments in accordance with any sale terms and applicable laws. UPIPE QR Links is not a party to the Transactions between Payee & Payer.
Disclaimer
You use our service at your own risk and subject to the following disclaimers.
We are providing Service on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and freedom from computer virus or other harmful code. We do not warrant that any information provided by us is accurate, complete, or useful, that our services will be operational, error free, secure, or safe, or that payments will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We do not control, and are not responsible for, controlling how or when our users use payments. We are not responsible for and are not obligated to control the actions or information (including content) of our users or other third parties. You release us, our subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, and our and their directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claim, complaint, cause of action, controversy, or dispute (together, “claim”) and damages, known and unknown, relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected with any such claim you may have against any third parties.
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable to you for any lost profits or consequential, special, punitive, indirect, or incidental damages relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with the India payments terms, us, or payments. Our aggregate liability relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with these Indian payments terms, us, or payments is Nil.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UPIPE QR Links and its Operator, parents, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with any of the following: (a) your access to or use of Service, including information provided in connection therewith; (b) your breach or alleged breach of the India Payments Terms; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as fully as required by us in the defense or settlement of any Claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These India Payments Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or in relation to the India Payments Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts in the Surat, Gujarat.
Use of Related Entities:
You understand and agree that UPIPE QR Links and UPIPE QR Links Owners reserve the right to use the services of themselves to provide any of the mentioned Services to you within UPIPE QR Links Platforms.
Offers, Advertisement, etc
We may invite you to participate in any offer from time to time. You agree that participating in such an offer is subject to your agreement to the respective offer terms and conditions. You also understand that the offers might be provided by third parties on UPIPE QR Links and you may require to agree to respective terms and conditions of third parties. You further agree that offers provided to any user may vary from user to user. These offers are for Information purpose only and the user making transaction should carefully read Information and Offer's Terms & Condition on Actual offer site/store before making any Transaction. Offer Posted here are just information and does not constitute any Legal contractual right for User and user cannot use the Same for Legal purpose. When you follow our links to visit a Merchant, that Merchant pays us a commission on whatever you buy during your visit. Some merchants also Compensate us for Visit, Free Signup or Intended action on Merchants Website. We may Use 3rd Party Advertisement service to Display advertisement on our platform. Some Offer posted here may not be legal in some state, Kindly Claim Only those which is legal As per applicable Laws of state. User is Solely responsible for Claiming Valid Legal Offer/Advertisement.

The Services may include services, content, documents, and information owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available by a third-party. (“ Third-Party Services”) or contain links to Third-Party Services. You understand and acknowledge that Third-Party Services are the responsibility of the third-party that created or provided it and acknowledge that use of such Third-Party Services is solely at your own risk.
We make no representations and exclude all warranties and liabilities arising out of or pertaining to such Third-Party Services, including their accuracy or completeness. Should you avail a Third-Party Service, you shall be governed and bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third parties providing the Third-Party Services. Further, all intellectual property rights in and to Third-Party Services are the property of the respective third parties.
